This refund policy applies to all BrightX products purchased through website. All refunds are processed in accordance with the respective marketplace policies along with the conditions mentioned below.

(a) Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

1. Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Item is missing from the order

Refund requests must be raised within the return window provided by the website (typically 3-5 Working days from delivery).

(b). Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

1. Change of mind after purchase
2. Product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
3. Damage caused due to improper handling or storage
4. Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability

(c). Refund Process

1. Customers must initiate the refund request through the marketplace platform
2. The product may undergo quality check (QC) after return pickup
3. Refund will be processed only after approval based on inspection

BrightX reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria.

(d). Refund Timeline

1. Refund initiation: 5 - 7 working days after approval
2. Credit timeline: Depends on bank, card issuer, or payment provider

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

1. Refunds may be processed to bank account or wallet as per marketplace policy

2. Important Notes

1. Website policies may override certain conditions where applicable
2. BrightX follows all applicable guidelines to ensure fair resolution
3. Repeated misuse of refund requests may lead to rejection of future claims
